Why does the phishing filter of Outlook work so badly?

Thank you for answering me, yet your answer is only telling me that I have to create my own phising filter, which is ridiculous.
if I get email:

and then
*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
and then
*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
then what use is it to add domain etc to a filter list, there should be an algorithm, from microsoft, filtering that nonsense out.

Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

Login to Outlook web > Select Settings Settings button > View all Outlook settings.

Select Mail > Junk email -> enter the email address in Blocked senders and select Add. If you want to block all email from a domain, enter the domain name in Blocked domains and select Add.

I actually do report each and every phishing email. My problem is the fact that there is no improvement to the filter who, anno 2023, still lets these superobvious phishing-emails pass into my mail box.

I can understand your situation , There is little you can do unless you Add alias to this address and forward all emails from the old one, which may improve spam detection. Your address has likely been sold as part of a spam list and you will receive more spam. Otherwise, simply wait a little while; eventually, it might go away.
