Once you come across the error that the "account does not exist", it means that the email address (the account) has been permanently deleted and cannot be recovered by anyone - it has disappeared permanently. There are no exceptions to this Microsoft policy.

No one in the forum can tell you why the account was deleted, but the most common reasons are

#1 - The account has not been accessed in the last 2 years and it has been automatically deleted

In terms of points #2 or #3, it doesn't matter who removed the email address from the account. Removing an alias email address from an account is both immediate and permanent. Ja. Mit "Datei" stand ich gerade aufm Schlauch - Entschuldigung.

Fehlermeldung ist folgende:

"Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR authentication failed"

"Send test e-mail message: Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings."

... Passwort und Benutzername (mit und ohne @outlook.de) stimmen.

Funktioniert das wegen 2-Phasen-Authentifikation nicht?
