conflict name in microsoft outlook

1-What email program are you using to access your email (MS Outlook 2016 Or Apple Mail)?

2-What exactly is the email accounts that you are having this problem with (Hotmail, Gmail or Others)?

Wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, wurde das Problem mit den Emails wegen den Ordnern behoben. Stimmt das?

Ich verstehe ebenfalls, dass deine gekenzeichnete Emails nicht mehr in der App auf deinem iPhone angezeigt werden und dass du in der App einige Emails vermisst. Wenn du diese Emails auf mail.live.com finden kannst, dann bedeutet das möglicherweise, dass
die SYnchronisation zwschen deinem Konto und der App nicht richtig funktioniert.

Welche App verwendest du denn auf dem iPhone?

Versuche folgendes: entferne das Konto von der App und füge es erneut hinzu. Funktioniert es jetzt?

Wenn du nicht die Outlook App benutzt, lade diese runter und richte das Konto dort ein. Funktioniert es dort?

Solltest du die Outlook App benutzen, richte das Konto in der vorinstallierten App deines Handys ein und überprüfe, ob das Problem auch dort auftritt.

Liebe Eugenia,

ich habe den Ordner gelöscht.

Leider ist das Problem jedoch nicht behoben, wenn ich meine Emails auf dem Handy abrufe. Meine Emails sind nicht mehr chronologisch geordnet und mein Ordner mit als Wichtig gekennzeichneten Emails ist leer.

Besteht das Problem noch?

Wenn ja, lösche bitte den Ordner ''Notizen'' auf mail.live.com. Lass uns dann bitte wissen, ob es behoben wurde.

Dies passiert wenn man das Konto als IMAP Konto benutzt und einen Ordner erstellt hat, der Notizen/Notes heisst. Dieser Ordner existiert bereits im System und es können nicht Ordner mit demselben Namen existieren.
